Now that Obama has become the president, it is much anticipated that "faked" Obama will start to appear around the "globe".

While real Obama brings voices that truly comes from the heart, the "faked one" potentially will cast and polish a bunch of "long long words" (in the hope that it will inspire people), and will exploit their "sense of youth", or whatever existed ... to try to "convince" people that "they are" the "true leaders".

We shall be aware, and we shall be truly cautious about these "faked Obamas". Blind ambition for presidency without full awareness of what "presidency" is all about ("to work for the people"), and what it can do ("to help bring people -- and the country as a whole -- forward once more), ... is a totally dangerous ambition.

Faked Obama -- an "ugly imitation" of the real Obama, a "fakedly polished" Diamond that try to imitate the true Obama -- might soon "appear", "flourish" and "happen" around the globe.

Towards that, people need to be aware, and they need to deeply feel, watch and decide. Under such circumstances: (1) Too many "young leaders" will proclaim themselves ready for the leadership, (2) Too many "old leaders" will proclaim themselves ready for the hope and change that the people bring. Yet at the bottom of their heart, they are really clueless and meaningless about what it's all truly mean, nor about what it truly is all about!

An empty soul-less heart, filled with a rotten piece of ambition for the sheer power of presidency, without a truthful, nor deep nor honest understanding about what presidency is all about, why the quality of leadership that great presidency contain is important, what great presidency can do for people, public, individual and society as whole, to change society for the better, ... is probably the 'most dangerous attempted cause' of all.

Great leaders change the face of the nation for the better. Rotten leader, makes them even uglier. Our job is to chose the right one.

Now that's "our" president!

It's that hope that I saw in Barack Obama.
 
If Barack Obama runs his presidency excellent, he might have chance in history to become not only the president of the United States of America, but eventually president of the "world". Every heart, body, mind and soul that long for positive change and great hope for the world future, would perhaps one day have some part of their heart attached to Barack Obama.
 
That's how awesome a true great impact of great true leadership is, for society and the world as a whole.
 
Barack Obama and people in the USA once again inspires the world of what's possible. The era of "dumb, boring, heartless, unfaithful leadership" shall be over.

The idea of true leadership in entrepreneurial-business seems not very much different from the idea of leadership in government-and-politics. There are always some people and parties that remain skeptics, there are always hurdles, there are always people that wants to stick to the past.

But -- despite all these -- true leadership remains showing its truest color. It decided to change the old fact, and step by step translate its new leadership vision into real act.

The end result is an achievement that never been accomplished before. With that change, a new seed for better change for greater society as a whole begin.

As Gandhi once said:

"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."

or in the words of Henry Ford:

"Whether you think you can, or you can't, you're right".

First great accomplishment is rare, but when it indeed happened, the end result is often turns to be truly greatly awesome.

"Yes We Can" perhaps these words are among the finest first words of conviction and wisdom that reignite great hope and confidence in people's heart, in the early beginning of the 21st century.

These are the words that probably shines beneath the great wisdom and beautiful heart of great leaders around the world, whether they are in politics, government, social, or business.

These are words that moves people into action; words that bring people people together to act; words that change the world ... for the better.

Never been in history that a campaign is this momentous, inspiring, energetic, emotional and strong. People self-organizingly stand up for what they believe is a hope for a great change, a movement, a chance to contribute a change for a great future. The hope spreads not just in America, but around the globe. Win or loose, Barack Obama probably already winning in sparking the light of hope that now resides in the heart of the people.  -arv
